Doctors from Nghe An province in Hanoi spread medical ethics and show their devotion to their homeland.
On April 4th, in Hanoi, the Nghe An Hometown Association organized a gathering of doctors from Nghe An currently working and living in the capital city, to commemorate Vietnamese Doctors' Day and World Health Day (April 7th).




At the meeting, delegates agreed to establish the "Nghe An Doctors' Club in Hanoi" - aiming to connect medical intellectuals from the same hometown, promote their role in medical examination and treatment, training and scientific research, and strengthen activities directed towards their homeland.
Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor Tran Minh Dao – former Director of Hospital 198 – was elected Chairman of the Club. The Executive Board comprises many reputable professors, doctors, and experts in the medical field.

In his acceptance speech, Associate Professor Dr. Tran Minh Dao stated that in the coming time, the Club will develop operating regulations, strengthen connections among members, organize professional activities; and simultaneously implement programs focused on Nghe An province such as free health check-ups and consultations, support technology transfer, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment in the locality.
Within the framework of the program, delegates reviewed the traditions of the Vietnamese healthcare sector, paid tribute to the exemplary generations of doctors who came before, thereby further motivating today's medical staff to continuously train, improve their professional skills, and uphold and spread medical ethics.
On this occasion, the Nghe An Hometown Association in Hanoi honored many doctors who have made positive contributions to their homeland and the cause of public health care.

The meeting took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and close ties among the medical community from Nghe An province in the capital city. The establishment of the Nghe An Doctors' Club in Hanoi is expected to create a strong foundation for connection, fostering the intellect and dedication of the medical team, and making practical contributions to the healthcare sector and the development of their homeland, Nghe An.
