Conte and his team clinched the Premier League double.
Conte's team's perfect winning record last month was recognized with a double award for individual achievements.
The Premier League organizers announced yesterday, November 18th, that the Manager and Player of the Month awards for October went to manager Antonio Conte and midfielder Eden Hazard, respectively.

In October, under Conte's leadership, Chelsea experienced a strong resurgence, winning all 12 points across four league matches. Specifically, they defeated Hull City 2-0, Leicester 3-0, Man Utd 4-0, and Southampton 2-0.
This achievement, coupled with a fifth consecutive win – a 5-0 demolition of Everton earlier in November – helped Chelsea climb from eighth place at the end of September to second, just one point behind leaders Liverpool.
In their four consecutive wins in October, Chelsea displayed impressive form, scoring 11 goals and conceding none. Hazard played a major role in that excellent run of form, contributing three goals and one assist.
The resurgence of the 25-year-old midfielder in the left-sided position of the three-man attack has become an inspiration and driving force, lifting the entire Chelsea team and improving their performance compared to the inconsistent start to the season.

"This is the first time I've won the Manager of the Month award. It's a great honor and I want to share it with the players and the club. This award is also very important; we want to continue and maintain our form," Conte shared on Chelsea's website.
In this weekend's 12th round, Chelsea have the opportunity to extend their winning streak in the Premier League to six matches, as they only have to face newly promoted Boro today, October 20th.
