According toIndependentChildren with mixed bloodlines will have more opportunities to develop height and intelligence than their friends with parents of the same ethnicity.
Research from the University of Edinburgh (UK) analyzed medical records and genetic information from more than 100 previous studies conducted around the world. They decoded the genetic code of children born to parents of two different ethnicities around the world.
Accordingly, children born from two bloodlines have greater genetic diversity (also known as DNA mixing), in which the characteristics that are thought to be most affected are height and the ability to think quickly. "Greater genetic diversity helps increase height significantly," the research team said.

In addition to his height advantage, goalkeeper Dang Van Lam spent a long time at professional football training centers in Russia such as Spartak Moscow or Dinamo Moscow. Returning to Vietnam, he joined Hai Phong Club, then the Vietnam National Football Team at the AFF Cup 2018.
Van Lam has a tall, muscular body, partly due to his mixed Vietnamese-Russian blood, partly due to playing football since childhood and working hard to practice. The young man always spends time in the gym, swimming and some other sports activities to train his body.
Every day, the young man spends 2-4 hours at the gym. He practices exercises with weights and press machines to train his muscles. Van Lam said that at first, he hired his own personal trainer and had many opportunities to learn and work with foreign goalkeeper coaches who came to Vietnam. Before each tournament, he always practiced diligently.

Coach Park Hang-seo once assessed that the eternal weakness of Vietnamese players lies in physical strength. Therefore, in addition to professional training, players must find every way to improve their physical condition, ensuring a lasting performance for 90 minutes. "Asian strikers in general are not as muscular as famous European players, but Dang Van Lam has a more muscular body," said Mr. Park.
With a good physique, goalkeeper Dang Van Lam always brings a sense of security in the goal. On the evening of December 15, the goalkeeper played excellently, keeping a clean sheet for the Vietnamese team in the final match against Malaysia, bringing home the AFF Cup gold cup after 10 years of waiting for the Vietnamese people.
