Two more companies have had their multi-level marketing activities terminated.

The Competition Authority (Ministry of Industry and Trade) has just announced the termination of multi-level marketing activities of Vietnam Consumer Alliance Joint Stock Company and Absonutrix Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the Vietnam Consumer Alliance Joint Stock Company has its head office at N24 Officers' Residential Area - 2nd Army Corps, Hoang Van Thu Extended Street, Dinh Ke Ward, Bac Giang City (Bac Giang Province). The legal representative of this multi-level marketing company is Mr. Nguyen Van Chung. The company's multi-level marketing registration certificate, number 013/QLCT-GCN, was initially issued by the Competition Management Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) on December 31, 2014, and amended and supplemented for the fourth time on January 28, 2016.

Absonutrix Vietnam Co., Ltd. has its head office at 150 Cong Lo Street, Ward 15, Tan Binh District (Ho Chi Minh City). The legal representative of this multi-level marketing company is Huynh Tan Dat. The company's multi-level marketing registration certificate number is 054/QLCT-GCN, issued by the Competition Management Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade on September 1, 2015, and amended on September 23, 2016.

The Competition Authority stated that within 90 days from the date of this notice, the two companies are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to participants in multi-level marketing schemes as stipulated by law.
