Seven more community-transmitted Covid-19 cases were reported in Da Nang and Quang Nam.

These are the cases of Covid-19 recorded in the community, specifically:

CASE 432 (BN432)The patient is a 63-year-old female residing in Ai Nghia town, Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province. On July 18th, she attended a wedding reception at the For You Place Wedding and Conference Center (Hai Chau district, Da Nang city). Her test result on July 27th, 2020, was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

CASE 433 (BN433)A 67-year-old female patient residing in Dien Tho commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province. From July 13-16, the patient cared for her husband who was receiving treatment at the Neurology Department of Da Nang Hospital. On July 20, the patient experienced coughing and a mild fever, and called a private medical service to treat her at home. On July 25, the patient received treatment at Vinh Duc General Hospital. On July 27, a sample was taken for testing, and the result on July 28 was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

CASE 434 (BN434)A 71-year-old female patient residing in An Hai Dong ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city. On July 26th, the patient felt tired, had a cough and fever, and received treatment at Hospital 199 - Ministry of Public Security. At 9:00 PM the same day, the patient was transferred to the Son Tra District Health Center. On July 27th, a sample was taken from the patient for testing, and the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

CASE 435 (BN435)The patient is a 29-year-old female residing in An Hai Dong ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city, and is an employee of the Traditional Medicine Department at Da Nang Hospital. On July 27th, a sample was taken from the patient for testing, and the result was positive for SARS-CoV-2.

CASE 436 (BN436)Male patient, 66 years old, from Dien Trung commune, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province.

CASE 437 (BN437)Male patient, 61 years old, Hoa An ward, Cam Le district, Da Nang city.

CASE 438 (BN438)Male patient, 56 years old, residing in Tam Thuan ward, Thanh Khe district, Da Nang city.

Patients BN436, BN437, and BN438 are all patients of the Intensive Care and Toxicology Unit of Da Nang Hospital. On July 27th, samples were taken from these patients for testing, and the results were positive for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

According to the report of the Treatment Subcommittee of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control, on July 27, 3 patients were declared recovered:Patient BN357 (male, 55 years old) at the Central Tropical Diseases Hospital, Branch 2; and two patients at Bac Lieu Provincial General Hospital: Patient BN371 (female, 36 years old); Patient BN372 (female, 31 years old).On July 28th, one patient was declared recovered: Patient 373 (male, 53 years old) was declared recovered at Ca Mau General Hospital.
