The cooperation agreement between the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association and Sen Center Trading Joint Stock Company opens up more opportunities for promoting trade, connecting the consumption of agricultural products, medicinal herbs, OCOP products and specialties of Nghe An, contributing to supporting producers in expanding markets and increasing product value.
On August 8th, the Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association and Sen Center Trading Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement on coordinating the promotion, trade facilitation, and consumption connection of agricultural products, OCOP products, and specialties of Nghe An.
Attending the signing ceremony was Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.

Prior to the signing ceremony, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh and representatives from various units visited the OCOP product and specialty booth of Nghe An at Sen Mart Supermarket. Here, Nghe An had many 3-4 star OCOP products on display and for sale.
Bringing local products into the distribution system.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in introducing, promoting, and connecting the consumption of agricultural products, medicinal herbs, OCOP products, and specialties of the province within the Sen Mart supermarket chain. In addition, they will expand promotional activities on digital platforms, social media, e-commerce sites, and other suitable distribution channels.

Sen Center Trading Joint Stock Company will build, operate, and develop a system for introducing, promoting, and connecting product consumption; develop marketing and communication plans; and expand the market through a system of agents, stores, e-commerce platforms, and distribution channels.
The company also collaborates with the Provincial Farmers' Association to participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and trade promotion conferences; and organizes activities to display, introduce, and promote products at programs organized by the central government, the province, and other localities.
Increase market access opportunities for farmers.
The Nghe An Provincial Farmers' Association will act as a liaison connecting farmer members, cooperatives, production groups, businesses, and other producers to participate in promotional activities, trade promotion, and product introduction to the Sen Mart supermarket chain.

The association coordinates the introduction of a list of products that meet the regulations, enabling businesses to select and participate in networking, promotion, and sales activities; it also supports the provision of information about producers within its jurisdiction.
One key focus is supporting farmer members in improving their e-commerce skills, digital communication, and product promotion on social media. Both sides also collaborate on providing information related to quality standards, labeling, and product distribution conditions, thereby helping producers gradually improve their capacity to meet market demands.

Through this cooperation agreement, both parties aim to build a stable and sustainable link between businesses and producers based on voluntariness, harmonious interests, and compliance with legal regulations.
The direct connection between farmers, cooperatives, and the distribution system is expected to create more opportunities to bring local products to consumers. This will not only expand the consumer market but also contribute to increasing the value, building brands, and enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products, OCOP products, medicinal herbs, and specialties of Nghe An.

At the signing ceremony, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, acknowledged the cooperation between the Farmers' Association and businesses in promoting and bringing farmers' products to consumers. She also expressed her hope that in the future, the Sen Mart supermarket chain would expand to more localities to contribute to the consumption of agricultural products for farmers in Nghe An.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the Provincial Farmers' Association to effectively implement the cooperation program to bring high-quality, reputable products to market shelves. He requested that the Farmers' Associations at all levels promote and encourage farmers to continue competing to produce more high-quality products, so that Nghe An's goods will increasingly gain a foothold in the domestic market and expand into export markets.
