During a patrol on the night of July 23rd, police officers from Binh Chuan commune (Con Cuong district) discovered two individuals butchering livestock at the foot of Kem Te slope in Na Co village, exhibiting suspicious behavior.
The commune police questioned and subsequently detained two individuals, Lo Van Duc (born in 1986) and Vi Van Le (born in 1968), both residing in Na Co village.
The two suspects confessed that they stole and slaughtered their neighbor, Mr. Lo Van Tinh's cow, simply because they craved drinking alcohol with beef offal.
At the suspects' homes, police discovered a set of beef offal, a set of ribs, and beef that the two suspects had already sold.

The Bình Chuẩn commune police have now completed the case file and transferred it to the Con Cuông district police for processing the two suspects according to regulations.
