Hoang Mai town summarizes the work of its speakers.

(Baonghean.vn)On December 29th, the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee held a meeting to summarize the work of speakers, oral propaganda, and the distribution and use of the Party newspaper in 2015.

Comrade Vo Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee - attended and chaired the conference. Also in attendance were leaders of the Town Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Provincial Post Office, Party Secretaries, and speakers from wards, communes, and units in the area.

Comrade Nguyen Anh Van, Head of the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee, chaired the meeting.

Last year, the Propaganda Department organized 11 speaker conferences with a total of over 600 participants. The town paid attention to and directed the work of disseminating, studying, and thoroughly understanding the Resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels.

By December 2015, the units had organized 72 speaker conferences and oral propaganda sessions for nearly 2,200 participants. Units that performed well included: Quynh Vinh, Quynh Xuan, Mai Hung, Quynh Phuong, the Party Committee of the Party and Mass Organizations of the town, and the Party Committee of the town's government.

Overview of the conference.

Through evaluation, the work of speakers and oral communicators has gradually improved in quality and effectiveness in guiding information, promptly reflecting and grasping public opinion, and resolving pressing issues of all segments of the population in the area.

Twelve sessions have been organized to collect and synthesize information on the ideological situation and public opinion of cadres, Party members, and the people in the area. Monthly, the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee has proactively monitored and tracked ideological developments among cadres, Party members, and the people to grasp and synthesize public opinion.

Currently, over 98% of the Party branches under the Party committee and grassroots Party branches in the town regularly subscribe to the Party newspaper. 100% of the Party branches receive the Provincial Internal Announcement and the Hoang Mai Newsletter.Twelve comrades, including veteran revolutionary cadres, pre-revolutionary cadres, former Standing Committee members, and key officials of Quynh Luu district who have retired and are living in the town, were also given copies of the Party newspaper.

The town has organized the editing and publication of the monthly Hoang Mai Newsletter, effectively disseminating information about the town's political tasks. By the beginning of December 2015, 11 issues had been edited and published, with a total of over 6,000 copies. The newsletter is printed in color, beautifully presented, and contains timely and practical news articles on the monthly themes and topics. The circulation remains stable at an average of 600 copies per month.

Many communes, wards, and agencies have done well in using the Party newspaper, such as: Quynh Phuong, Quynh Loc, Quynh Xuan, the Party Committee of the Party and mass organizations of the town, the Party Committee of the town's government agencies, the Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital of Quynh Lap...

Comrade Vo Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary - delivered a speech at the Conference.

In his remarks at the conference, Comrade Vo Van Dung assessed that the work of speakers and oral propaganda had contributed to stabilizing ideology and delivering information to the people quickly and accurately. He emphasized the need for regular and continuous distribution of the Party newspaper, and instructed the Propaganda Department to guide and direct units to effectively utilize the Party newspaper in branch meetings.

Comrade Vo Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary - presented certificates of commendation from Nghe An Newspaper to units that have achieved outstanding results in the distribution and use of the Party newspaper.

On this occasion, the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper awarded certificates of commendation to three units: Quynh Thien, Quynh Xuan, and Quynh Phuong for their outstanding achievements in the distribution and use of the Party newspaper.

The Propaganda Department and the Post Office of Quynh Luu district also awarded commendations to three units for their achievements in distributing the Party newspaper: Quynh Loc, Quynh Trang, and Quynh Lien.
