Hoang Mai town summarizes the work of reporters
(Baonghean.vn)-On December 29, Hoang Mai City Party Committee organized a summary of the work of reporters, oral propaganda, publishing and using party newspapers in 2015.
Comrade Vo Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee attended and directed the conference. Attending were leaders of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Provincial Post Office, Party Committee Secretary, reporters from wards, communes and units in the area.

Last year, the Propaganda Department organized 11 reporters' conferences with a total of over 600 participants. The town paid attention to and directed the propaganda, study and dissemination of the Party Congress Resolutions at all levels.
By December 2015, the establishments had organized 72 conferences for reporters, and oral propaganda for nearly 2,200 participants. The units that performed well included: Quynh Vinh, Quynh Xuan, Mai Hung, Quynh Phuong, Party Committee of Party agencies, Town Unions, and Town Government Party Committee.

Through assessment, the work of reporters and oral propaganda has gradually improved the quality and effectiveness of information orientation activities, promptly reflected and grasped public opinion, and resolved pressing issues of people of all walks of life in the area.
12 sessions have been organized to collect and synthesize the ideological situation and public opinion of cadres, party members and people in the area. Every month, the Propaganda Department of the City Party Committee has proactively followed and monitored the ideological developments of cadres, party members and people to grasp and synthesize the public opinion situation.
Currently, the entire Town has over 98% of Party cells directly under the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells regularly purchasing Party newspapers. 100% of Party cells are provided with the Provincial Internal Notice and Hoang Mai Newsletter.12 veteran revolutionary and pre-uprising cadres, former members of the Standing Committee, and retired key cadres of Quynh Luu district who are living in the town were also provided with Party newspapers.
The town has organized the editing and publishing of the monthly Hoang Mai Newsletter, effectively carrying out the propaganda to implement the town's political tasks. By early December 2015, 11 issues had been edited and published with over 6,000 copies. The newsletter is printed in color, beautifully presented, the content of the articles is timely and practical according to the monthly topics and themes, the number of publications is stable, averaging 600 copies/month.
Many communes, wards and agencies do a good job of using Party newspapers such as: Quynh Phuong, Quynh Loc, Quynh Xuan, Party Committee of Party agencies, mass organizations of the town, Party Committee of government agencies of the town, Quynh Lap Central Leprosy and Dermatology Hospital...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Vo Van Dung assessed that the work of the Reporter and oral propaganda had contributed to stabilizing ideology and bringing information to the people quickly and accurately. The work of publishing party newspapers must be regular and continuous, and at the same time, the Propaganda Department must guide and direct units to effectively use party newspapers during party cell meetings.

On this occasion, the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper awarded certificates of merit to 3 units: Quynh Thien, Quynh Xuan, Quynh Phuong for their outstanding achievements in publishing and using party newspapers.
The Propaganda Department and the Quynh Luu District Post Office also awarded three units with achievements in publishing party newspapers: Quynh Loc, Quynh Trang and Quynh Lien.
