Quynh Luu youth team reaches the Nghe An Newspaper Cup final for the second consecutive time.
Despite their overwhelming superiority, the Quỳnh Lưu Youth team had to rely on a tense penalty shootout to overcome the Quỳ Hợp Youth team and advance to the final.

After the opening whistle, the Quynh Luu Youth team quickly demonstrated their dominance. With a squad of players who were physically superior, the Quynh Luu players launched relentless attacks, forcing the Quy Hop Youth team to concentrate intensely to defend.
However, before the Quỳnh Lưu Youth team could create any truly dangerous shots on goal against goalkeeper Thái Văn Tuấn Duy of the Quỳ Hợp Youth team, they conceded a goal.
In the 8th minute, during a counter-attack by Quy Hop Youth, number 7 Lo Thai Duong burst into the penalty area and unleashed a powerful left-footed shot, beating goalkeeper Ho Tien Sap and opening the scoring for the team from Phu Quy region.
Despite conceding an early goal, the Quỳnh Lưu Youth team remained undaunted, calmly organizing sharp attacks and completely dominating the game. After a few unfortunate missed opportunities, in the 16th minute, the Quỳnh Lưu players finally equalized. From a free kick in the center of the field, captain number 6, Phan Văn Đạt Tới, struck the ball powerfully and accurately into the top left corner of goalkeeper Thái Văn Tuấn Duy's net.

But just two minutes later, during a throw-in on the right wing for the Quy Hop Youth team, number 9 Lo Minh Vu sneaked down from the left wing, approached the goal, and tapped the ball into the net, leveling the score.
Two consecutive goals made the match exciting. The Quynh Luu Youth team relentlessly attacked and created many scoring opportunities. However, the strikers of the Quynh Luu team were unlucky, missing several chances unfortunately.
Meanwhile, the Quy Hop Youth team defended resolutely and were ready for counter-attacks with the agility of number 7 Lo Thai Duong and number 9 Lo Minh Vu. In a few such situations, the players from Phu Quy forced goalkeeper Ho Tien Sap to make several saves.

After defeating Quy Hop Youth 2-0 on penalties, Quynh Luu Youth advanced to the final. This marks the second consecutive time the team from Quynh Luu has reached the final of the Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children's Football Tournament in the youth age group.
In last year's final match, Quynh Luu Youth defeated Vinh City Youth to claim the championship title.
