According to TASS on April 12, Reuters cited a source familiar with the matter as saying that the draft agreement on Ukrainian minerals proposed by the US includes a requirement that the US Government's International Development Finance Corporation take control of a gas pipeline from Gazprom (Russia) passing through Ukraine to Europe.
