Weather forecast for January 13th: Severe cold weather sweeps into Central Vietnam.

The cold air mass continues to affect the weather in the northern and north-central provinces, causing intense cold on January 13th.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the cold air mass is still active in the northern and north-central provinces and cities. Today (January 13th), these areas will remain cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperatures in the North will be between 15-18 degrees Celsius, and in mountainous areas between 12-15 degrees Celsius.

In Hanoi and the provinces of the Northern Delta, there will be scattered rain, with insignificant rainfall, and cold weather. The Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam will experience mostly little rain, sunny days, and occasional showers and thunderstorms at night.

Hanoi, the capital city, will be cloudy with scattered rain. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The weather will be cold. The lowest temperature will be 15-18 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 18-21 degrees Celsius.

The Northwest region will be cloudy with scattered rain. Light winds. Cold weather in some areas. Lowest temperatures: 14-17°C, 9-12°C in the far Northwest. Highest temperatures: 20-23°C, 23-25°C in some areas.

The Northeast region will be cloudy with scattered rain. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The weather will be cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature will be 15-18°C, and 12-15°C in mountainous areas. The highest temperature will be 19-22°C, and 15-18°C in mountainous areas.

Thanh Hoa - Thua Thien Hue: Cloudy, with scattered rain in the north; scattered rain and showers in the south. North to northwest winds, 2-3 Beaufort scale. Cold weather; freezing in the north. Lowest temperature: 17-20°C. Highest temperature: 22-25°C.

From Da Nang to Binh Thuan, the weather will be partly cloudy with scattered showers in some areas; the northern part will experience rain and scattered showers tomorrow. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 22-25°C. The highest temperature will be 26-29°C, and 29-31°C in the south.

The Central Highlands will experience changing cloud cover, no rain at night, and sunny days. Light winds. Minimum temperatures: 19-22°C. Maximum temperatures: 28-31°C.

Southern Vietnam: Cloudy with changing conditions, no rain at night, sunny during the day. Northeast to east winds, force 2-3. Lowest temperature: 23-26°C. Highest temperature: 31-34°C.
