LANDSLIDE WARNING FOR LAI CHAU AND HOA BINH PROVINCES
According to the bulletin issued at 0:15 AM, moderate to heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain, is currently falling in Lai Chau and Hoa Binh provinces. Rainfall amounts over the past two hours were recorded at Than Uyen (35mm), Kim Tien (73.6mm), Dong Bang (54.4mm), Cao Son (49.4mm), etc.
