FLASH FLOOD, LANDSLIDE, AND LOCALIZED FLOODING WARNING IN THANH HOA PROVINCE
According to the weather forecast bulletin at 10:15 PM on September 3rd from the Central Meteorological and Hydrological Forecasting Center, in the past 3 hours, some areas in Thanh Hoa province experienced heavy to very heavy rain, such as the Muong Lat station with 57.7mm. The forecast for the next 3 hours indicates that these areas will continue to experience moderate rain, with some places experiencing heavy rain.
Warning:In the next 3-6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods, landslides, and localized flooding in Thanh Hoa province, especially in the districts of Muong Lat.Level of natural disaster risk: Level 1.
