Temperatures and humidity will remain quite high, resulting in a feeling of stuffiness.
In the Northwest region, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. The highest temperature will be 30-33 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 33 degrees. In the Northeast region, the lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius, with some mountainous areas below 22 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be 30-33 degrees Celsius.
From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue provinces, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with rain near dawn and during the day, some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Northeast to east winds will be at level 2-3. Be wary of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind. Afternoon temperatures will range from 29 to 32 degrees Celsius.
In the area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan, the northern part will experience scattered showers and thunderstorms; the southern part (from Phu Yen to Binh Thuan) will have moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Daytime temperatures will be between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius.
The Central Highlands will experience showers and scattered thunderstorms, while the southern region will have moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain. The highest temperatures will generally range from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius.
Southern Vietnam will experience moderate to heavy rain, with very heavy rain in some areas and scattered thunderstorms. The highest temperature will be 28-31 degrees Celsius.

Due to the influence of the tropical convergence zone with its axis at approximately 14-17 degrees North latitude combined with the Southwest monsoon operating at moderate to strong intensity, the provinces of Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, the southern Central Highlands and the Southern region will continue to experience moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, with rainfall amounts generally ranging from 40-80mm/24h, and some areas exceeding 150mm/24h.
The heaviest rainfall is concentrated in the afternoon and evening. This period of rain is likely to last for the next 1-2 days.
From now until September 19th, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces will experience rain and moderate rain (rainfall generally 20-40mm/24h), while provinces from Ha Tinh to Quang Tri will have moderate to heavy rain, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain (rainfall 40-80mm/24h, with some areas exceeding 80mm/24h).
Warning of the risk of localized flooding, flash floods, landslides, and inundation in low-lying areas of Khanh Hoa, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong provinces and the southeastern provinces.
At sea, due to the influence of the tropical convergence zone with a low-pressure area combined with moderate to strong southwest monsoon winds, the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau will experience strong westerly to southwesterly winds of force 5, sometimes force 6, gusting to force 7-8. Sea waves will be 2-3m high; the sea will be rough.
The sea areas from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang, the Gulf of Thailand, and the central and southern parts of the East Sea (including the sea area around the Spratly Islands) will experience showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind at levels 6-7.
