According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, today (November 30th), all regions of the country will experience rain, with moderate northeasterly winds active over the Gulf of Tonkin and the entire East Sea. Rain and thunderstorms are expected in the sea areas from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau and Kien Giang, and in the southern part of the East Sea. Tornadoes and strong gusts of wind are possible during thunderstorms.

The weather forecast for November 30th is as follows: Northwestern Vietnam will be mostly cloudy with scattered rain, clearing up in the afternoon with sunshine, light winds, and cool temperatures in the morning and at night. The lowest temperature will be 16-19°C, and the highest will be 24-27°C, with some areas exceeding 27°C.
In the Northeast region, it will be cloudy with scattered rain, northeasterly winds of force 2-3, and cold weather. The lowest temperature will be 20-23 degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 22-25 degrees Celsius.
In the Hanoi area, it will be cloudy with scattered rain, northeasterly winds of force 2-3, and cold weather. The lowest temperature will be 20-23 degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 22-25 degrees Celsius.

Provinces from Da Nang to Binh Thuan will be cloudy, with rain during the day, moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms in some areas; scattered showers and thunderstorms at night, northeasterly winds of force 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 27-30 degrees Celsius.
In the Central Highlands, the weather will be partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas, and northeasterly winds of force 2-3. The lowest temperature will be 20-23 degrees Celsius, and the highest will be 27-30 degrees Celsius.
In the Southern region, the weather will be partly cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas, especially in the late afternoon and evening. Northeast winds will be at level 2-3. The lowest temperature will be from 24-27 degrees Celsius, and the highest from 30-33 degrees Celsius.
