Regarding the flood situation, over the next 24 hours, the water level on the Thao River in Yen Bai will drop to 29.7m, 0.3m below Flood Level 1.

There is a high risk of flash floods, landslides, and flooding in low-lying areas in many mountainous provinces in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An.
