Back in May 2019, the winner of The Voice Vietnam revealed that she couldn't manage her life, leading to an imbalance between work and life, and frequently suffered from insomnia due to work pressure for five years. Therefore, she decided to go abroad to study, hoping to continue pursuing her ambitions and passions through education. "I want to dedicate time to myself, to reflect on what I've been through. To start with my dreams for the future. This is entirely my decision... Studying abroad has been my childhood dream, and I think this is the most appropriate time to make it happen," Huong Tram once shared with the media.

Currently, after three years living in the US, the life of the singer from Nghe An has improved significantly. She has adapted to the pace of life there. Furthermore, Huong Tram has changed her stage name to "Charmy Pham" in the US. In the United States, Huong Tram is in high demand and enjoys the love of overseas audiences.

Participating in overseas shows to satisfy her longing for her profession and earn extra income, the singer born in 1995 still maintains her powerful voice, becoming increasingly refined and investing in technique. Huong Tram once said that the development of Western music helped her break out of her "comfort zone" and accept trying new styles. Huong Tram was born in 1995 and won the top prize of The Voice Vietnam 2012 at the young age of 17. After the competition, thanks to her gifted voice, she rose quickly in the music industry and left many marks on her career.

In 2016, she competed in the "Harmony of Light" program and won the gold prize (Noo Phuoc Thinh was the champion). Afterward, she released the music video "Ngoc" (Foolish), and the song quickly became a hit. Towards the end of 2016, she released the song "Cho em gan anh them chut nua" (Let me be closer to you a little more), with its catchy melody, which was well-received by young Vietnamese people.

2017 was a successful year for Huong Tram. She released the song "Em Gai Mua" (Rainy Girl), creating a huge sensation in the Vietnamese music community. Cover versions and parody projects appeared everywhere, and the phrase "Em Gai Mua" (Rainy Girl) became popular among young people. The romantic, slightly melancholic music video of this young girl helped Huong Tram win the Music Video of the Year award at the 2018 Cong Hien Awards. Additionally, she was a judge on The Voice Kids Vietnam 2017.

In June 2018, Huong Tram released the music video "Duyen Minh Lo" (Our Fated Love), which garnered a massive number of views on YouTube. To reflect on her singing career, she organized her first-ever live show, "Mailbox No. 1".
