NOTICE OF ASSET AUCTION

Quang Minh Finance & Auction Joint Stock Company is organizing an auction of assets.

1. Land use rights for 147m2 of residential land in Block 1, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, starting price 1,620,000,000 VND.

2. Land use rights for 6 plots of land in Hung Trung commune, Hung Nguyen district, total area 1,657.4m2, total estimated value 2,568,970,000 VND.

3. Right to use 1 plot of land in Hung Loi commune, Hung Nguyen district, area 241.45m2, starting price 289,740,000 VND.

4. Land use rights for 19 residential plots in Thanh Dong commune, Thanh Chuong district, total area 5,244m2, total estimated value 6,228,000,000 VND.

5. Land use rights for 33 residential plots in Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town, total area 5,914.7m2, total estimated value 4,834,418,500 VND.
