3. Land use rights for 34 residential plots in Nghia Binh commune, Nghia Dan district, total area 7,802.81 m2, total estimated value 3,894,564,400 VND.

4. Land use rights for 31 residential plots in Nghia Dung hamlet, Nghia My commune, Thai Hoa district, area 7,175.7 m2, estimated value 3,477,645,500 VND.

5. Land use rights for 15 residential plots in Dong Bau area, Nghia My commune, Thai Hoa district, area 3,205m2, starting price 1,596,376,000 VND.

6. Land use rights for 192m2 of residential land in Block 6, Hung Nguyen town, starting price 226,751,160 VND.

The auction is scheduled to take place on August 20th and 21st, 2016 and September 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2016 at the locations where the assets are situated: the Enforcement Department of Quynh Luu District and the Enforcement Department of Hung Nguyen District.
