(Baonghean.vn) - Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan announced the results of the meeting. According to Mr. Nhan, the specialized agencies have unanimously concluded that there are two main groups of elements. Firstly, those caused by chemical toxins from human activities and in the sea. Secondly, those caused by algal blooms or red tides.
