The Nghe An Asset Auction Service Center announces:
Organization owning the assets: Vinh City Land Development Center
The right to use 47 land plots in the residential land subdivision plan in Trung Thanh - Trung My hamlet, Hung Dong commune, Vinh city; with areas ranging from 156.59 m² to 199.50 m²; starting price from VND 14,200,000 to VND 17,250,000.
The application forms will be available for purchase from July 24, 2024 to 5 PM on July 26, 2024 at the Nghe An Asset Auction Service Center.
The deadline for submitting the deposit and application fee is July 26, 29, and 30, 2024.
The time and location for submitting registration documents and bid envelopes is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and the price announcement will be at 10:15 AM on July 31, 2024, at the auditorium of the Nghe An Asset Auction Service Center. The auction will be conducted indirectly, using an ascending bid method.
