The Department of Justice of Nghe An province announces the search for a substitute family for a child.
In accordance with Clause c, Point 1, Article 15 of the Law on Adoption regarding the responsibility to find a substitute family for children, the Department of Justice of Nghe An province announces the search for a substitute family for the child, specifically as follows:
Full name: Cao An Phuc; Gender: Male; Date of birth: March 29, 2024
Health condition: Congenital epidermolysis bullosa
Currently residing at the Social Work Center of Nghe An Province, located in Do Luong Commune, Nghe An Province.
The Department of Justice of Nghe An Province announces: Vietnamese citizens residing in and outside the province who wish to adopt a child; relatives of the child who wish to adopt or raise the child, are requested to contact the Department of Justice of Nghe An Province (address: 56 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Thanh Vinh Ward, Nghe An Province) for guidance on procedures in accordance with the law.
After 60 days from the date of this announcement, if the child's relatives and Vietnamese citizens residing in and outside the province no longer have any further needs, all of the child's rights will be settled according to the provisions of the law.
