2.1. General conditions and standards:

Is a Vietnamese citizen, with permanent residence in Vietnam;

- 18 years of age or older;

- Have good moral qualities, have a clear background, are not currently being prosecuted for criminal liability or serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; are being subject to administrative handling measuressent to medical facility, educational facility, reform school; banned from practicing or doing work related to contract signing;

- Have a clear application form;

- Have professional qualifications, basic information technology skills and foreign language skills appropriate to the job position;

- Be healthy enough to undertake the task; health requirements are classified as type I, II according to the criteria prescribed in Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT guiding the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023, which stipulates the principles for determining the scope of practice of medical practitioners from January 1, 2024, with criteria on height and weight classified as type I, II, III; (In cases where there are health problems that need to be considered, the Hospital Professional Council will be responsible for checking and assessing before organizing recruitment).

Candidates eligible for recruitment without civil service examination must meet the following conditions and standards:

- Meet the general conditions and standards in this notice;

- Have received postgraduate training in a major suitable for the job position to be recruited (Master of Medicine, Specialist I, Resident Doctor, Doctor of Medicine, Specialist II or higher);

- Have foreign language skills equivalent to level 2 (A2) or higher as prescribed in Circular No.01/2014/TT-BGDDTJanuary 24, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training promulgated the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for use in Vietnam. If you have one of the prescribed diplomas and certificatesat clause 4.2.b of this noticethen used instead;

- Apply for one of all the Grade III Doctor positions in section 1.

3. Application documents:

3.1.Candidates come to submit the following documents:

- Application form issued with Decree 85/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government (applicants must fill in all information on the form; The form and instructions for filling in information are attached to this notice and posted on the Hospital website http://bvnghean.vn).

- Notarized documents proving that the candidate is a priority candidate. For example:

+ Ethnic minorities: Identity card, or citizen identification card, or ethnic minority certificate from the Ethnic Committee.

+ Children of war invalids and sick soldiers...: War invalids and sick soldiers' cards... and documents proving biological children such as birth certificates...

Note: Present the following documents for verification before accepting the application form.

- Original graduate, university, college diploma.

- English certificate, IT certificate, practice certificate (if any).

- Health certificate according to Circular 32/2023/TT-BYT guiding the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023, which stipulates the principles for determining the scope of practice of medical practitioners from January 1, 2024.

3.2. For candidates participating in the selection process:

4. Recruitment form:

4.1. Admission: Forpostgraduate medical graduate

For doctors applying for the position of Grade III doctor with postgraduate qualifications, there will be 2 rounds of selection as follows:

- Round 1: Check the application conditions on the application form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If qualified, the applicant will be able to participate in round 2.

If there is no appropriate foreign language diploma or certificate, the Recruitment Council will organize an exam to assess foreign language and IT skills according to the requirements of the recruitment position.

- Round 2: Professional and technical exam. Format: Question and answer

4.2. Entrance exam: For the remaining cases

a) Candidates for civil service positions will go through 2 rounds of exams with the following subjects:

- Round 01: 02 subjects. Multiple choice test on computer.

+ General knowledge exam.

+ Foreign language exam: English.

- Round 02: Professional and technical exam. Exam format: Written exam.

The results of round 1 are determined by the number of correct answers for each prescribed exam section. If the candidate answers correctly 50% or more of the questions for each exam section, he/she will be allowed to continue to round 2 according to regulations.

b) Conditions for exemption from foreign language exams:

Exemption from foreign language exam if one of the following conditions is met:

- Have a degree in foreign language (English, Russian, French, German, Chinese) with the same training level or at a higher training level than the professional training level required for the job position;

- Have a diploma of the same training level or at a higher training level than the professional training level required for the job position applied for, studied abroad or studied in a foreign language (English, Russian, French, German, Chinese) in Vietnam, recognized by a competent authority or automatically recognized according to the provisions of law;

- Have a professional diploma with output standards in foreign languages ​​as prescribed with value equivalent to or higher than the foreign language standards required for the job position applied for.

c) Candidates can register for 02 wishes:
- Accountant, Financial Specialist with University degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- Grade III doctor with medical or general practitioner qualifications

4.3.Priority recruitment objects:

Priority subjects in civil servant recruitment are implemented according to the provisions of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 and Decree No. 85/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 of the Government.

6. Application fee:
