(Baonghean.vn) - During the discussion and resolution adoption session at the 11th meeting of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, held on the morning of December 9th, voters and people in the province continued to provide feedback, suggestions, and proposals on 10 issues in 6 fields via online telephone hotline.

Management fieldlandenvironment, compensation for land clearanceThere are 4 opinions submitted by voters from Quynh Luu and Nghi Loc districts and Vinh city.
Specifically,votersWe request that the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District and the competent authorities issue land use right certificates for the land area transferred from the people since 2003 in Cau Giat town; and provide guidance on the procedures for issuing land use right certificates for the village cultural house in Quynh Yen commune.
Voters in Nghi Loc district have requested the District People's Committee to investigate and resolve the issue of issuing land use right certificates to households in Nghi Van commune in accordance with regulations.

Voters in Vinh City have petitioned the City People's Committee to issue land use right certificates to families in the Nghe An Industrial and Commercial Bank Staff Housing Complex so that residents can confidently invest in building houses, as this complex, built in 1992, is now dilapidated and in serious disrepair.
Investment management, construction, transportation, and urban development.There is a complaint regarding the flawed design of the drainage ditch on National Highway 1A, specifically the section passing through Block 13, Quynh Xuan Ward, leading to flooding during heavy rains and causing water to overflow into the homes of residents in Quynh Xuan Ward, Hoang Mai Town.

Labor, war invalids and social affairs sector and regulations and policiesThere are two cases reported: one in Dai Dong commune, Thanh Chuong district, a person exposed to Agent Orange during combat in the Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue battlefields, who has not yet received benefits despite having submitted their application to the Thanh Chuong District Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs 10 years ago; and another case in Nghia Tien commune, Thai Hoa town, where an application for benefits for civilian workers in the war effort has not been processed for 3 years.
Education and training sectorThere is a complaint regarding the fact that some students who scored high enough were not admitted to the advanced class at Ben Thuy Junior High School (Vinh City), while some students who did not score high enough were admitted to the advanced class.
Internal affairs sectorThere is a complaint regarding the merger process of Duc Thinh hamlet, Hung Loc commune, Vinh city, stating that it did not comply with regulations.
Lĩagriculture and rural developmentOne opinion reflects concerns that the assessment of Dien Phu commune (Dien Chau district) as meeting the new rural standards is not genuine, with many criteria not being met but not being considered, causing resentment among voters.
During the session, the citizen reception department received 9 citizens; including 2 citizens requesting resolution of policy issues, and 7 citizens requesting feedback and complaints related to land management.
Following the 11th session, opinions and suggestions received via online telephone hotline and through the citizen reception department at the session will be compiled and reported to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council for research and consideration, and then forwarded to the competent authorities for resolution and response to voters.
