Earn 10 million per day thanks to straw collection machine

Seeing that farmers often waste straw in the fields, Mr. Manh came up with the idea of ​​making a multi-purpose straw collector and earned tens of millions each day thanks to this job.

The fields of Dien Khanh district (Khanh Hoa) are becoming increasingly bustling. Straw collectors, transporters, sellers and buyers are all busy. The straw here is rolled into a round shape, very neatly for easy transport to distant provinces. Because each roll of straw is quite cheap (20,000 VND), it is popular with many people.

Mr. Tran Duc Manh (Suoi Hiep commune, Dien Khanh district) was busy transporting and excitedly said that straw is currently in high demand. For more than 10 days now, customers have been placing orders continuously but there is not enough supply. On average, each day, Mr. Manh collects 500-550 rolls of straw, sells them for 20,000 VND per roll, earns more than 10 million VND and makes a profit of more than half.

Because the profit from straw is large but the quantity is not enough to meet the customers, Mr. Manh also hired 2 more workers to collect more straw. He said that 3 days ago, a customer called to order 1,000 straw rolls a day but he refused because the workers and collecting machines could not keep up with the order.

According to Mr. Manh, this year, the severe drought has led to a shortage of animal feed, so the amount of straw consumed is high. The product is mainly supplied to Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces. On average, he collects 2-3 hectares of straw per day. He uses a machine to roll the straw tightly, evenly, and neatly, making it easy to arrange and transport.

Mr. Tran Duc Manh shared that in the past, farmers often wasted straw in the fields, so he came up with the idea of ​​making a multi-purpose straw collector. The machine has a compact structure, can be transported on all terrains, and can both collect and lift straw onto a vehicle. After successfully manufacturing, the machine was put into operation in the winter-spring crop of 2015-2016, helping him collect straw and earn millions of dong every day.
