During an inspection of conditional business operations in Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city, the Administrative Police Team for Social Order of Vinh City Police inspected the grocery kiosk of Mr. Pham Duc Ban (born in 1974), residing in Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city.

Mr. Pham Duc Ban with a shipment of dangerous and violent children's toys originating from China.

Here, authorities discovered three large cardboard boxes containing dangerous and violent children's toys inside the kiosk. At the scene, authorities confiscated 200 plastic guns and 50 plastic swords, all dangerous and violent children's toys originating from China.
