According to CNN, on November 15th, numerous loud explosions were heard in the capital Kyiv, while air raid sirens blared across Ukraine.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said a missile attack had occurred, with air defense systems intercepting four missiles. Residents were urged to remain calm and move to the nearest shelter.
"There was a missile attack, damaging two apartment buildings in the Pecherskyi district. Rescue forces are working urgently, and details will be continuously updated," Klitschko said.
Meanwhile, the US Embassy in Kyiv issued a security alert about the increasing frequency of missile attacks across Ukraine.
"American citizens in Ukraine should follow the instructions of local authorities and pay attention to any additional announcements," a representative from the U.S. Embassy said.
