A shipment of frozen chicken, belonging to Ms. Pham Thi Thinh from Hamlet 9, Thanh My Commune, was emitting a foul odor while being transported home.

The frozen chicken, which had a foul odor, was tightly packed in cardboard boxes.

According to Ms. Pham Thi Thinh's statement, these chickens were intended for delivery to restaurants and eateries in the area.

The case is currently being investigated and handled by the district police in accordance with the law.
