Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Van Khang to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.

Specifically, Decision No. 119/QD-TTg dated January 29, 2024, of the Prime Minister clearly states: Mr. Bui Van Khang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, is transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing (January 29, 2024).
* Mr. Bui Van Khang, born in 1971, is from An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Law, and advanced political theory qualifications.
Prior to the approval of the by-election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 137/QD-TTg dated January 30, 2019, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department.
