The Prime Minister appoints the Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision 207/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2024, transferring and appointing Mr. Ho An Phong, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh province, to the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Mr. Ho An Phong was born in 1971 and hails from Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province.
Mr. Ho An Phong previously held the following positions: Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Youth Union; Secretary of the Quang Trach District Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Binh Province; Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Binh Province; Director of the Department of Tourism of Quang Binh Province; and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Binh Province.
