The Prime Minister directs efforts to address the consequences of the plane crash.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just issued a directive instructing the relevant authorities to address and mitigate the consequences of the EC130 T2 helicopter crash in Vung Tau.
Regarding the EC 130 T2 helicopter crash on the morning of October 18th in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, the Prime Minister requests:

The Ministry of National Defence is focusing all measures and mobilizing forces and resources to urgently search for and rescue the pilot involved in the aforementioned incident; organizing the resolution and mitigation of consequences; and clarifying the cause of the accident.
Conduct a thorough review and inspection of all procedures in flight command and control, aviation technical maintenance, and promptly organize lessons learned to ensure flight safety.
The National Committee for Search and Rescue, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, in coordination with the Ministry of National Defense, directed relevant agencies to urgently deploy search and rescue operations and mitigate the consequences of this accident.
Earlier, at noon on October 18th, the Ministry of National Defense's official website announced that at 7:40 AM on October 18th, a helicopter from the Vietnam Helicopter Corporation Training Center, serial number 8632EC130T2, was conducting a training flight. At 8:03 AM, the aircraft lost contact with the command center.
The area where the plane lost contact is northwest of Dinh Mountain, about 25 km from Vung Tau airport. There were three people on board: one instructor and two students.
