Prime Minister Orban: NATO countries do not want conflict with Russia.
Hungarian Prime Minister Orban stated that any conflict between NATO and Russia would lead to World War III.

According to RIA Novosti, speaking on TV2, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the majority of NATO countries believe that any conflict between the alliance and Russia would lead to World War III and that this should be avoided.
"The most important thing is that the majority of NATO members believe that any conflict with Russia could lead us to World War III," Prime Minister Orban said.
According to the Hungarian leader, if NATO intervenes in the war in Ukraine, the risk of a third world war is possible. If the alliance accepts Kyiv, NATO will be in constant conflict with Russia, and will continuously create the threat of World War III. Therefore, everyone wants to avoid such a conflict.
Slovak Foreign Minister Juraj Blanar said that resolving the conflict in Ukraine requires establishing a dialogue with Russia.
"Let's return to respecting international law and find ways to communicate with the Russian Federation," Blanar said, adding that the West must find ways to cooperate with Russia.
"And perhaps one day we can forgive everything that has happened," the Slovak Foreign Minister suggested.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the West was beginning to assume that they would not be able to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.
American political scientist Gilbert Doctorov said that Russia's adversaries, in their pursuit of pressure on Moscow, may have forgotten Russia's main "card" in the form of nuclear weapons.
"And what will be the result of strengthening NATO and putting pressure on Russia? There will be no defeat or concessions. I reiterate that Russia has nuclear weapons; they can deter any aggression against them," Gilbert said.
