The Prime Minister assigns tasks to the Deputy Prime Ministers.

The Prime Minister has just issued a decision on the assignment of duties to the Deputy Prime Ministers.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Government, serving as Permanent Deputy Prime Minister; overseeing and directing: Government Inspectorate, Government Office.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, on behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitors and directs the following areas of work: crime prevention and control; prevention and control of corruption, negative practices, and waste; inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations; amnesty; and judicial reform.

The Deputy Prime Minister also oversees and directs the coordination of work between the Government and the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuracy, as well as matters related to the International Financial Center in Vietnam; and handles and resolves difficulties and obstacles related to long-standing stalled projects nationwide (including the handling of slow-progressing and inefficient enterprises in the industry and trade sector, which is overseen and directed by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc)...

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh is assigned the following tasks: Head of the Central Steering Committee for National Target Programs for the period 2021-2025; Head of the Steering Committee for reviewing and resolving difficulties and obstacles related to long-standing stalled projects nationwide; Chairman of national councils and committees, Head of steering committees, Chairman of the appraisal council for planning in related fields; and on behalf of the Prime Minister, directs the implementation of government work when the Prime Minister is absent and as delegated by the Prime Minister.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh LongMonitoring and direction: Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Health.

The Deputy Prime Minister, on behalf of the Prime Minister, directly monitors and directs the following areas of work: education and training; vocational education; social issues; drug addiction management; and the implementation of the National Target Program for Drug Prevention and Control until 2030.
