The Prime Minister approves the dismissal of two Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
(Baonghean.vn) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just signed a decision approving the dismissal of Mr. Le Minh Thong and Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien from their positions as Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Nghe An province for the 2016-2021 term.
Based on the Law on Government Organization, the Law on Local Government Organization, Government Decree No. 08/2016/ND-CP dated January 25, 2016, considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council and the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc approved the dismissal of Mr. Le Minh Thong from the position of Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term, to retire according to regulations as stipulated in Decision No. 1000/QD-TTg dated August 12, 2019; and approved the dismissal of Mr. Huynh Thanh Dien from the position of Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term, to retire according to regulations as stipulated in Decision No. 1001/QD-TTg dated August 12, 2019.
These decisions take effect from the date of signing.
