The Prime Minister presents decisions appointing leaders of ministries, sectors, and agencies.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference on the afternoon of September 4th to announce and present decisions on the appointment, acceptance, transfer, and promotion of many leaders of ministries, sectors, and agencies.
Specifically, the Prime Minister presented the Politburo's decision appointing Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Chief of the Central Party Office, to work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, entrusting him with the duties of Minister of Foreign Affairs.

In addition, the Prime Minister also issued decisions on the appointment of 8 new leaders to various ministries, departments, and agencies.
Specifically, the Prime Minister presented the decision to appoint Mr. Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, to the position of President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
Mr. Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, has been appointed as Permanent Deputy Minister of Health.
Mr. Phan Chí Hiếu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice.
Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, has been appointed as the Permanent Deputy Chief Inspector of the Government Inspectorate.
Mr. Hoang Minh Son, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, has been transferred and appointed to the position of Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University.
Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Lam Dong province, has been appointed as the Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

Mr. Vu Hai Quan, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Chairman of the Council, and Director of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, has been transferred and appointed to the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
Mr. Le Quan, Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
Speaking at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh reviewed the qualifications, capabilities, work experience, and contributions of the eight officials who were recruited, transferred, and appointed. Their appointments to new positions not only demonstrate their qualifications, capabilities, and prestige, but also reflect the great trust and expectations of the Party and State leadership.
These are all qualified and capable leaders who have received thorough training and have held various positions in many fields at the central and local levels; regardless of their position, they have always strived and worked hard to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
The Prime Minister expressed his confidence and hope that all officials in their new positions and responsibilities will continue to demonstrate the highest level of responsibility, competence, strengths, and intelligence, working together with the Party Committee, the Standing Committee, the leadership of the Ministry and agencies, and the entire team of officials, civil servants, and employees in unity and solidarity, steering the ship steadily, constantly striving, overcoming difficulties, and surmounting challenges...
The Prime Minister emphasized the need for innovative thinking, decisive action, and rapid adaptation to the situation; he urged ministries, agencies, and especially leaders to unite and work together, "sharing the same vision and goals."

The Prime Minister requested that the new personnel immediately get to work; and together with the leadership teams of ministries and agencies, strengthen unity, cooperation, and close coordination, maintaining integrity and resilience in the face of difficulties and challenges.
At the same time, it is necessary to set an example in strictly adhering to and implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations; building a truly clean and strong Party organization, and enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and members...
The Prime Minister emphasized that undertaking new tasks, especially in breakthrough sectors such as education, science and technology, healthcare, and scientific research, is both an honor and a significant responsibility and challenge.
The government will always stand by and create all favorable conditions for officials to work and contribute to the overall activities of the government.
Speaking on behalf of the officials being recruited, transferred, and appointed, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Government Inspectorate, affirmed that they will continue to strive, train, and work with the highest sense of responsibility to fulfill their assigned duties.
