Promote the movement of the whole people to do irrigation

(Baonghean.vn) - On May 21, 2001, the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province issued Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU on irrigation for agriculture, in which October 16 of each year is the day for all people to participate in irrigation. Since then, this movement has been maintained by Nghe An and serves the annual winter and spring crop production.
