(Baonghean.vn) – Improving the management and protection of forests under contract by local people; repairing school buildings; repairing water tank systems under various programs and projects; providing electricity for daily life... these are some of the issues voters raised at the meeting of provincial People's Council representatives in Ky Son.
On August 22nd, provincial People's Council delegates, including Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police; and Mr. Lau Ba Chay - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nam Can commune, held a meeting with voters in Huoi Tu and Pha Danh communes, Ky Son district. Representatives from relevant departments and agencies of Ky Son district also attended.

During the meeting, voters heard a summary report from the Provincial People's Council representatives on the 2nd session of the Provincial and District People's Councils; the socio-economic and national defense and security situation in the first six months of the year; the direction and tasks for the last six months of the year for the localities; and made several suggestions, including: resolving land disputes between communes in the area; improving the management and protection of forests by local people; providing electricity for residents; addressing employment issues for local laborers; opening more inter-commune roads to facilitate people's travel; repairing dilapidated water tanks under current projects to ensure residents have access to clean water; and repairing schools to prepare for the new school year...

Provincial People's Council representatives have addressed and clarified some issues of concern to voters; some issues outside their authority will be compiled and reported to higher levels for consideration and resolution.
