According to Mr. Nguyen Trong Toan, Secretary of the Anh Son District Youth Union: "With the aim of arousing patriotism and national pride in each Youth Union member and young person in Anh Son district, the District Youth Union Executive Committee coordinated with the District Police Youth Union and the Tuong Son Commune Youth Union Executive Committee to organize the Flag-Raising Ceremony on the summit of Len Vu with 20 Youth Union members participating."

It is known that the tradition of raising the flag on the summit of Len Vu Mountain originated from an idea by a group of young people from Hamlet 9, Tuong Son Commune in 2013 to express their national pride. Since then, this activity has been carried out annually by young people in Tuong Son Commune on April 30th, May 1st, National Day (September 2nd), and Lunar New Year.

Recognizing this as a practical and meaningful act, the youth of Anh Son district organized a flag-raising ceremony here on the occasion of National Day on September 2nd this year.
