In the private sector, the highest bonus was 45 million VND per person, the average was 3.9 million VND per person, and the lowest was 200,000 VND per person.
In foreign-invested enterprises, the highest bonus was 87 million VND per person; the average was 5.5 million VND per person, and the lowest was 800,000 VND per person.
