Comrade Ho Phuc Hop is a well-trained cadre with a long and continuous history of dedication and service in various work environments: the military, businesses, government, and Party work.

With over 35 years of service and 37 years as a Party member, Comrade has consistently demonstrated strong political resolve, diligently cultivated and refined his character, maintained his moral conduct and lifestyle, and strived for excellence in both life and work.

In every position he held, he excelled in fulfilling his responsibilities and duties, earning recognition and honor from the organization. He was awarded the 30-Year Party Membership Badge, the Second Class Labor Medal, and numerous Certificates of Merit from the province, central ministries and agencies, and the Prime Minister.

In particular, in his role as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (from November 2014 to November 2020), Comrade Ho Phuc Hop always worked closely with and collaborated with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in implementing many important policies and directives in all fields.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary respectfully thanks, acknowledges, and appreciates the contributions and dedication of Comrade Ho Phuc Hop to the development of the province, in the work of Party building and the political system.

The Provincial Party Secretary expressed his hope that, with his extensive experience, Comrade Ho Phuc Hop would continue to share his insights and contributions to help the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee fulfill their duties in the best possible way; and that, in his residential area, he would be a key figure in contributing to the building of the Party and government at the grassroots level; a leading figure in implementing patriotic emulation movements, building civilized neighborhoods, and strengthening community solidarity; and a role model in his family for his children and grandchildren to follow.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Ho Phuc Hop thanked the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for their attention; and promised to continue to be a good Party member and an exemplary citizen in the residential area, participating in activities organized by the province.

The comrade wished the province continued development and the achievement of the goals and targets set by the Congress under the leadership and guidance of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.
