Thuy Van reveals the secret to celebrating Tet without fear of gaining weight
Tet is an occasion to enjoy many delicious dishes, so keeping in shape is a challenge," runner-up Thuy Van said, adding that she had to apply the secrets to enjoying Tet without gaining weight.
Runner-up Thuy Van continues to take on the role of MC of "Meeting TV Actors 2025" broadcast on the occasion of Lunar New Year. She appeared in outfits that were highly appreciated for their sophistication, charm and suitability to the atmosphere of Tet coming to spring.
The beauty said:“This year, due to lack of time, I was only able to prepare 3 ao dai and 2 dresses. With each outfit, I tried to achieve the most neat image possible, while also balancing the style of the actors, because each person will bring a unique color to the show."
Sharing about the filming process, Thuy Van said this was an extremely memorable memory in her journey as an MC.“We worked continuously from 9am the night before to 3:17am the next day. Although we were very tired, I knew that the staff at VFC always wanted the best shots, so they filmed each performance very carefully and with many camera angles.”

Sharing about her plan to celebrate Tet this year, Thuy Van said:"Tet is always a very special time for me, because it is the time when the whole family gets together after a busy year. Like every year, I usually spend a few days before Tet with my family to prepare to clean the house and do some shopping.
Tet is not only a time to rest but also an opportunity for me to feel the love, connection and meaning of the word family. I always hope everyone has a warm Tet, full of happiness with loved ones."

When asked about the secret to staying in shape during Tet, the beauty queen sincerely shared:“Tet is an occasion for family reunions and enjoying delicious food, so keeping fit is sometimes a small challenge (laughs). However, I always try to maintain healthy living habits.
First, I always pay attention to my diet. Traditional dishes such as banh chung, thit jelly, and gio cha are very appealing, but I only eat them in moderation, not too much. I try to combine more green vegetables, fresh fruits, and limit fried, greasy, or overly sweet foods to ensure that my body does not take in too many calories.
Second, light exercise is something I never forget. Even though Tet is busy, I always spend at least 15-20 minutes every day doing simple exercises such as yoga, walking or stretching. These activities not only help burn energy but also help the body become more flexible and the mind more comfortable.
Third, I maintain the habit of drinking a lot of water. During Tet, it is easy to get caught up in delicious food or parties, so the body really needs to be hydrated. I often drink warm water, herbal tea or lemon water mixed with honey to help purify the body and aid digestion.
Finally, I always remind myself to stay happy and relaxed. A beautiful body not only comes from diet and exercise but also depends a lot on a positive spirit. Tet is a time to enjoy, but don't forget to take care of yourself and stay healthy."
