Authorities confiscated a modified motorcycle with gun-like features that was seen driving on National Highway 1A.

A motorcycle modified by its owner and fitted with a gun and ammunition was fined and confiscated by Da Nang traffic police while traveling on National Highway 1A.

On January 14th, the Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police announced that they had brought the "massive" motorcycle to the temporary storage facility for vehicles seized for administrative violations. Previously, on the afternoon of January 13th, the Hoa Phuoc checkpoint of the Da Nang City Traffic Police Department discovered a "massive" motorcycle traveling on National Highway 1A (the section passing through Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang City).

This motorcycle was modified using two car wheels, and it was fitted with a model of a machine gun complete with a magazine of spent cartridges. In addition, the owner attached a long chain to the underside of the motorcycle. An officer at the vehicle impoundment facility said this was the first time they had seen such a unique and modified motorcycle.

The owner of the "super" motorcycle is Tran Van Luan (born in 1992, residing in Tien Phuoc district, Quang Nam province). The Hoa Phuoc checkpoint traffic police station issued a fine for violations including driving a vehicle assembled illegally, driving a vehicle without license plates, and driving without a vehicle registration certificate.

This one-of-a-kind motorcycle is currently being held at the traffic violation impoundment facility of the Da Nang City Traffic Police in Hoa Nhon commune, Hoa Vang district.

This high-performance motorcycle was being driven by a young man from Quang Nam province to Da Nang and was spotted by traffic police while traveling on National Highway 1A.
