This activity is in implementation of Decision No. 36/2013/QD-TTg dated June 18, 2013, of the Prime Minister on "Policy to support rice for students in schools in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions" and Decision No. 5780 QD.UBND of the People's Committee of Nghe An province dated November 22, 2016, on the allocation of rice for the first semester of the 2016-2017 school year.

This time, each student received 75 kg of rice, bringing the total amount of rice that eligible students received from the National Reserve to 36,375 kg.
