Small traders at Hoa Binh market are making efforts to overcome the damage caused by the floods.

The floodwaters rose rapidly and violently, submerging and damaging the goods of traders at Hoa Binh Market (Tuong Duong commune), causing significant losses. After the water receded, the traders began cleaning and tidying up the market and their stalls.
