For markets where no outbreaks have occurred, it is necessary to review and close all entrances and exits, leaving only 1-2 passageways. Personnel should be deployed to control access, measure body temperature, and sanitize hands for those entering the market. Essential goods stalls should be arranged along each passageway, maintaining safe distances. Checkpoint personnel must strictly control people coming to buy and sell, especially small traders operating in the market, who must have a valid Covid-19 test result.
