Our family is searching for Mr. Le Thien Niem, 72 years old, originally from Tung Anh commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province; residing at Block 8, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City (formerly Vinh Mechanical Workers' Housing Complex). He left home at 2 PM on May 7, 2017 and has not returned since.
