12 hours of searching through the night for victims swept away by floodwaters in Nam Can commune (Nghe An)

After more than 12 hours of effort through the night in heavy rain and dangerous weather conditions, the Nam Can Commune Police force in coordination with local authorities and functional forces found the body of Ms. Ly Y Dinh (born in 1959, residing in Huoi Poc village, Nam Can commune) - the victim swept away by floodwaters on the afternoon of July 22.
