Seeking victims of a 'female scammer' who defrauded people by selling apartments in Vinh City.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Criminal Investigation Department of the Nghe An Provincial Police is investigating a criminal case in which Chu Thi My Ngoc and her accomplices are charged with "Fraudulent appropriation of property; forging seals and documents of organizations; using forged seals and documents of organizations" occurring in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

In early June 2022, Chu Thi My Ngoc (born in 1997), residing in Block 10, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, along with her accomplices...forging contracts, invoices, and purchase documents for apartment number 01, 6th floor (Apartment 601) Gia Thinh Phat Apartment Building, No. 176, Nguyen Du Street, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, owned by Gia Thinh Phat Development Joint Stock Company, under the name Chu Thi My Ngoc.
Ngoc used the forged documents to sign and notarize transfer agreements, fraudulently selling apartment number 601 to multiple people and appropriating over 4 billion VND.
According to Official Letter No. 1261/CSHS-D5 dated April 11, 2023, from the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police: To assist in the investigation of the criminal case, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police announces that anyone who is a victim of the criminal acts of Chu Thi My Ngoc and her accomplices using the aforementioned methods and tactics should contact the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police at the following address: Lenin Avenue, Hamlet 13A, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City, Nghe An Province, to report and cooperate with the investigation.
