The body of a young girl who drowned in the Lam River has been found.
(Baonghean.vn) - At 12:30 PM on February 17th, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Nghe An province received a report from residents about a drowning incident on the Lam River, in the section passing through Dang Son commune, Do Luong district.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department directed Fire and Rescue Team No. 5 to deploy personnel and equipment to the scene.
The victim has been identified as LTKN, born in 2008, residing in Hamlet 4, Bac Son Commune, Do Luong District.
At 3:40 PM on the same day, rescue forces found the body of LTKN at a location approximately 30 meters from the foot of the Do Luong bridge towards Dang Son commune.
