The body of a young man who jumped off Ben Thuy 2 bridge to commit suicide has been found.
(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:30 AM on April 22, 2021, rescue forces found the body of Mr. DVS (a resident of Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city), who had jumped off Ben Thuy 2 bridge to commit suicide on the afternoon of April 20.
As reported by baonghean.vn, on the evening of April 20, 2021, passersby saw on the road...Ben Thuy 2 Bridge(In the Hung Loi commune, Hung Nguyen district) a motorbike, a mobile phone, and a pair of sandals were left behind. Suspecting a suicide, the locals reported the incident to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Nghe An province dispatched the River Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team to the scene to verify the information and deploy forces and equipment for the search.
The identity of the person who jumped off the bridge to commit suicide has been confirmed as DVS (born in 1984), residing in Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city.
After nearly two days of intensive searching, on the morning of April 22nd, rescue forces discovered the body of Mr. S. approximately 2km from the location where he jumped. Currently, Mr. S.'s body has been brought ashore and handed over to his family.
