Found the body of a young man who jumped off Ben Thuy 2 bridge to commit suicide.
(Baonghean.vn) - At 6:30 a.m. on April 22, 2021, rescue forces found the body of DVS (resident of Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city), who jumped off Ben Thuy 2 bridge to commit suicide on the afternoon of April 20.
As baonghean.vn reported, on the evening of April 20, 2021, people on the street saw onBen Thuy Bridge 2(in Hung Loi commune, Hung Nguyen district) a motorbike, a mobile phone and a pair of sandals were left behind. Suspecting a suicide, the locals called the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, mobilized the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team on the river to quickly arrive at the scene, verify the information and deploy forces and vehicles to search.
The identity of the person who jumped off the bridge was identified as DVS (born in 1984), residing in Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city.
After nearly 2 days of searching, on the morning of April 22, the rescue team discovered Mr. S's body about 2km from the jump site. Currently, Mr. S's body has been brought ashore and handed over to his family.
